In early 1988, we opened our very first showroom on Great Mills Road in Lexington Park and named it Beautiful Kitchens. Before we were really open for business and during the set up of the showroom, people were stopping in wanting our services. 

We quickly out-grew our Lexington Park location within the year and moved to the Wildewood shopping Center in 1989. 

We expanded the team to include additional installers, designers and design assistants, and offered additional services including plumbing and electrical work. Bathrooms, entertainment systems, offices, laundry rooms, bars, etc. were quickly added to our portfolio as well. After six years, we once again out-grew the location in St. Mary’s and decided it was time to own our own building, so we moved to our present location in Hollywood. 

We saw a great need for a second location to be in Calvert County, so in 1992, we opened our first location in Calvert, MD. Finally, we opened a third location in Calvert as well.

In 2013, Beautiful Kitchens had a minor name change to let customers know we offer more than just kitchens. Since we couldn’t add every room in the house to the name, we stuck with Beautiful Kitchens & Bath.

Today, BKB continues to offer high-quality products and remodeling services at competitive prices for all budget ranges. We don’t cut corners or have hidden fees—those are our commitments to you.

Beautiful Kitchens & Bath is proud to have an in-house team full of people who take pride in their work. Our team is made up of highly-skilled, trained professionals who ensure your project is perfect, from the design stage all the way through demo and installation. We don’t hire sub-contractors unless it’s absolutely necessary (i.e. extensive drywall, electrical and plumbing work). We want the best for you, so we make sure that happens.
